Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)

consciousness and spiritual healing

QHHT

QHHT is a metaphysical past-life regression therapy that borrows “quantum” terminology to describe consciousness and spiritual healing.

    • Einstein’s theory of special relativity. The Core Equation (E = mc^2\) Einstein’s theory of special relativity (published in 1905) explains the relationship between space, time, mass, and energy.
    • Within QFT (quantum field theory), the mathematical framework that merges special relativity with quantum mechanics, there are no “particles” in the traditional sense; instead, the universe is filled with invisible, fluctuating fields (like the electromagnetic field). “Particles” are simply localized vibrations, or excitations, within these fields that stretch across space and time.
    • Validation of QFT: It is backed by rigorous mathematics and verifiable, highly accurate experimental data.

The Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)

The Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) was created by Dolores Cannon, who died in 2014, leaving behind the legacy of a lifetime’s work in past life regression and authoring 19 books published worldwide.

Within the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research (PEAR) Laboratory they discovered that the human brain emits ultra-low-frequency electromagnetic waves that appear to form part of a global neural network. These signals can subtly influence other people’s brains from as far as 10,000KM away, raising the possibility that human consciousness is interconnected across the planet.

This work adds to a growing body of research suggesting that our brains communicate not only through neurons but also through delicate electromagnetic fields. Some studies indicate that these fields may help shape empathy, intuition, and even the way groups synchronize their behaviour. Experiments have also hinted that when one person meditates or focuses deeply, nearby or even distant individuals can show slight shifts in their brainwave patterns.

Having discovered that the electron has a particle (field) state, as do we as human beings with our time sensitive body however, our emotional, spiritual quantum field state is timeless.  We are luminous beings.

As an integrative holistic therapist, I have studied in theories from the psychodynamic school: rooted in unconscious conflicts and instinctual drives. The behavioural traditions based on conditioned learning and the work of Pavlov, Skinner, therapies developed from Beck CBT. The humanistic and existential traditions which emphasize a belief in self-actualization and personal growth.  Rather than promoting a “one-size-fits-all” model, I have always been drawn to Lapworth, a theorist who advocates for a multidimensional, personal framework that allows individual therapists to adapt techniques across these different modalities while staying true to their own values…believing in the importance of the multiple domains or dimensions of a persons being.  This is why, to a therapist who loves science and spirit combined, QHHT makes sense to me (hopefully, to you too).

QHHT is a powerful and transformative healing modality that combines hypnosis and past life regression to access the deepest levels of your subconscious mind. Through this technique you can gain powerful insights into your past lives, understand the root causes of your current challenges, and receive healing on all levels.

The subconscious mind is believed to hold all of your memories and experiences, not only from your current life but from all your past lifetimes too.  Our subconscious is believed to have a higher perspective and understanding of your life purpose and lessons.

Through QHHT sessions I have helped people to explore and gain insight into various aspects of their lives such as relationships, career choices, health issues and their spiritual journey.

Question…

Have you ever wondered why you do something over and over again repeating a pattern, or walk into a room and recognise the person standing in front of you and yet you’ve never met them before? Visited a place for the first time and it feels familiar?

Regression therapy is a journey of the soul, whether it be a journey to a past life or current life you can expect an internal shift to take place as we overcome and heal the obstacles that may have held you back.

Perhaps, you are simply curious of how you have lived before or do you want to know why you do certain things in this life, why you have a talent to play a musical instrument and yet you have no idea where that talent comes from. Why you hate magpies or have a fear of water. Past life regression can help us to overcome phobias, fear and habits and resolve relationship issues. It offers valuable insights into our past, present and future lives and allows us to overcome the phobia, fear or habit.

What a session looks like?

A session typically begins with you talking about your life (pre-induction) and describing any challenges you are currently facing or any questions you may need answers to. Feel free to bring a list of questions you perhaps need answers to from within our session such as; “what is my purpose?”

I will then help you relax into a deep state, in this state you will be able to connect with your subconscious mind and communicate with it directly.

Brain Wave States

We have four brain wave states (and we are consistently going in and out of these all the time)…

  • Beta brain wave state (wide awake)-we are concentrating

Associated States: Alertness, problem-solving, and logical thinking.  When active beta waves are prominent during activities that require concentration, such as studying, working, or engaging in lively discussions.

  • Beta waves are essential for staying productive and focused. However, excessive beta activity can lead to overthinking, anxiety, and mental fatigue.
  • Managing stress and taking breaks can help keep beta waves in balance.
  • Insomnia is the result of producing excessive beta waves.
  • Associated with excessive mind chatter and self-destructive impulses.
  • Too much time in the beta state weakens the immune system.

  • Alpha brain wave state (first level of trance) relaxed focus.

Associated states: calmness, relaxation, creativity, and mindfulness. When active alpha waves dominate when you’re in a relaxed but alert state, such as meditating, daydreaming, or enjoying a peaceful walk.

  • Alpha waves act as a bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind. They help you unwind and transition from stress to relaxation.
  • Excessive alpha activity can lead to daydreaming or difficulty focusing, while insufficient alpha waves may contribute to anxiety or stress. We are awake but relaxed and not actively processing complex information.  Often referred to as the brain’s “idle” state, bridging the conscious and subconscious mind.
  • In the alpha state we learn, process, memorize and recollect large sums of information fast and with peak effectiveness.
  • Highly creative people have been shown to have “bursts” of alpha waves when they have good ideas.
  • Alpha waves are thought to make the brain “act young” again.
  • In the alpha state fears, habits, and phobias begin to melt away.
  • Alpha brainwaves bring an effortless sense of comfort, peace, happiness, and harmony.
  • Alpha waves are best for “super learning”.
  • Alpha waves dominate the first layer of our subconscious mind.

A gateway to deeper states of awareness.

  • Theta brain wave state (deepest level of trance known as a somnambulistic state).

Associated States: creativity, intuition, and light sleep. When active theta waves occur during deep relaxation, visualization, and the transition between wakefulness and sleep.

  • Theta waves are often called the “gateway to the subconscious,” fostering moments of creative insight and emotional processing. Artists and meditators often access theta states to boost creativity. Too much theta activity, however, may lead to difficulty concentrating or staying alert.
  • Here, brain activity decelerates to the threshold of the sleep stage.
  • One of the more indescribable and wonderful realms we can explore.
  • Theta waves produce flashes of creative visualization through vivid imagery.
  • In the theta state we feel much more open and connected to other people.
  • People often report a feeling of floating while producing theta brainwaves.
  • The theta state heightens problem-solving skills.
  • Having dominant theta brainwaves are correlated with insight and intuition.
  • Associated with lucid dreaming.
  • Theta waves bring inspired thought and increased motivation.
  • Sometimes long-forgotten memories come to the surface (essential in QHHT).
  • Children have strong theta brainwaves, which helps to explain their superior ability to learn.
  • Theta waves are briefly experienced as we climb out of the depths of delta upon waking, or when falling asleep.
  • The theta state is the deeper subconscious to unconscious part of the mind.

  • Delta brain wave state (when we are asleep).

Associated states: restorative sleep, physical healing, and deep relaxation.  When active delta waves dominate during deep sleep stages, where the body repairs and regenerates tissues and consolidates memories (a process that occurs called REM sleep-rapid eye movement).

  • Delta waves are crucial for maintaining overall health and well-being. A lack of delta wave activity can result in poor sleep quality and fatigue, while excessive delta activity when awake may lead to sluggishness or brain fog.
  • The delta state is associated with “no thinking” during deep, dreamless sleep.
  • Delta brainwaves are very rewarding.
  • Delta waves are said to be the entrance to non-physical states of reality.
  • A crucial state for renewal, healing, and rejuvenation.
  • The immune system strengthens in the delta state.
  • Delta waves are linked to the unconscious part of our mind.

Many scientists believe delta waves to be the most beneficial.

Brain Wave States

QHHT sessions usually involve a combination of past life regression, exploration of the subconscious, healing and guidance.

Please allow 2- 3 hours per session.  Everyone’s journey is different so it may take a little longer or take a little less depending on where your journey takes you.

In person appointments are essential so to sustain a safe and private environment.

We will begin with a little hypnotic relaxation induction and deepeners where we are connecting with your breath to relax your mind and body.  This also ensures that you, the client, reaches the deepest state of hypnosis, the thata brain wave state also known as somnambulism (as shared above).

If you connect with a past life, you will also be facilitated to experience the early years, followed by several important or significant events. We then move to the last day of that life, gathering information on the timing and the cause of death. Once out of the body, they can look back on that life and remember what was the life purpose of that character. Using your higher self, you are will be guided to see all aspects of that life, both positive and negative, and to have a clear recognition of how well they did, and if any ‘unfinished business’.

Conversation with the Higher Self;

The next phase of the QHHT session is when I, you’re therapist, will ask for permission to speak directly with the ‘higher self’ and ask the questions previously agreed with you from the beginning of our session. Still in the somnambulistic state, you may become the equivalent of a simultaneous translator, thereby allowing their ‘higher self’ to speak without your own conscious interference. This part of the session will never be rushed. I am constantly in awe of the wisdom of every client’s Higher Self.

I might be guided to ask why the ‘higher self’ chose to show that particular life or experience, and the answer helps to further integrate the information and make sense of it for each individual. Think of it like joining the dots or finding a vital piece of a jigsaw. Another important question is ‘What is my client’s life purpose?’ followed by ‘And how well are they doing?’, and ‘What can they do to ensure that the lessons are completed before leaving this life?’

Finally comes the request for the ‘higher self’ to scan the client’s body and report on any physical issues. Think of it as a full-body MRI but without any equipment, electromagnetic fields or radio waves! Healing is then requested, and if the Higher Self agrees it is appropriate, it will be given – usually immediately, but sometimes a period of time may be specified. This healing, without each client’s conscious interference, is given at the sub-atomic, quantum level, and is extraordinarily powerful.

Looking back at a past life can satisfy the curiosity, it is exciting and enlightening. An important part of past life regression is to see how the journey parallels into this current life, the answers you are seeking to this life can only truly be found by living this one but by using the wisdom and insight from the past can be truly beneficial.
